Mindful Movement • Education • Plant-Powered WellnessFeeling the heat? Let’s talk about it.
Join us for Hot Flashes Meet Mary Jane, the next workshop in our women’s wellness series exploring menopause, mindful movement, and cannabis in an open, educational, and judgment-free space.
This time, we’re turning up the conversation around one of menopause’s most infamous experiences: hot flashes and night sweats—why they happen, what can trigger them, how they can affect sleep and everyday life, and ways women are navigating them.
We’ll begin with a 15-minute gentle yoga centering practice, using breath and mindful movement to calm the nervous system, connect with the body, and settle in.
Then we’ll move into an educational discussion about cannabis, cannabinoids, and different product formulations, with a special focus on their potential role in relaxation, sleep, stress management, and overall comfort during the menopause transition. We’ll also leave room for questions, conversation, and sharing experiences—because sometimes the best information starts with simply talking about what we’re going through.
We’ll close with a 10-minute restorative yoga practice designed to cool things down, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
Featuring Ayrloom, with product education and samples for participants
Come curious. Come comfortable. And if you’re already running a little hot… you’re definitely in the right room.
