By November, the light has changed.
Days end earlier. The air grows colder. We begin spending more time inside, drawing closer to the people and places that offer warmth.
And perhaps this season reminds us that not all light comes from the sun.
There is the light of friendship. Of kindness. Of laughter around a table. Of someone who listens. Of knowing there are people with whom we don't have to carry everything alone.
The Light We Keep is an immersive sound journey centered on that kind of warmth.
Through crystal singing bowls, gongs, harp, chimes, and other resonant instruments, you'll be invited to settle into deep rest while reflecting on the connections that sustain us and the light we offer one another simply by showing up.
This isn't an evening about forcing gratitude or pretending everything is bright. It is an opportunity to notice the warmth that can exist even alongside life's darker and more complicated seasons.
Come rest. Receive. And spend a little time in the light we create together.
No meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
