Join us for an intimate evening of learning, shopping, and connection!
This session will bring together leading voices to discuss hormonal changes across all stages of womanhood that impact women from the inside out. From fertility issues through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause, we'll discuss how to best care for your skin, metabolic health, mental health, and more!
The evening will begin with a panel discussion followed by a Q&A moderated by Lauren Tetenbaum. Attendees will also have the opportunity to browse the Vivrelle showroom and meet the panelists. We hope you leave feeling validated, understood, and empowered in your hormonal journey -- both now and in the future.
Panelists
Dr. Michaela Robbins is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, board-certified nurse practitioner, and functional hormone expert. Dr. Robbins specializes in hormone, integrative, and lifestyle medicine. She runs her own virtual practice, EAST x WEST MED, where she addresses hormonal imbalances-from PCOS to menopause-using both functional and traditional therapies.
She is recognized for providing exceptional hormone and metabolic care, as well as for raising awareness through in-person and online speaking engagements, courses, and advisory projects. With a following that includes celebrity and executive patients, she has been featured in outlets ranging from The Washington Post to On Display with Melissa Gorga.
Known for her compassionate care and ability to simplify complex hormonal issues, Dr. Robbins takes an individualized approach that helps patients shift from disease-focused to wellness-focused living. Dr. Lucky Sekhon is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, infertility specialist, and obstetrician-gynecologist, as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City. She is the author of The Lucky Egg, a comprehensive, myth-busting guide to understanding reproductive health and overcoming infertility — written to empower anyone navigating the complex and often confusing world of fertility.
Widely recognized for her expertise in egg freezing, IVF, and LGBTQ+ family building, Dr. Sekhon is a trusted voice in reproductive medicine known for blending cutting-edge science with deeply compassionate patient care. Originally from Toronto and a graduate of McGill University, she earned her medical degree with Honors from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland before moving to New York City to complete her residency and fellowship at Mount Sinai.
Beyond her busy clinical practice, Dr. Sekhon actively publishes and presents research at national conferences and is passionate about making evidence-based fertility information accessible to all. Through her social media presence (you can follow her @lucky.sekhon), blog, and community outreach, she’s become a leading advocate for closing the fertility knowledge gap and helping people make informed, confident decisions about their reproductive futures.
Dr. Nicole Ruth is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She cares for both adolescent and adult patients, with a particular focus on helping women navigate the skin and hair changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Dr. Ruth develops personalized treatment plans that address acne, hair loss, dryness, and accelerated signs of aging, with an emphasis on overall wellness and prevention.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Ruth serves as a consultant for Alan Meds, where she helps guide the development of their dermatology arm. Her work includes formulating and creating evidence-based products designed to effectively treat signs of aging and support skin health at every stage of life.
Dr. Ruth completed her dermatology residency at Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey, serving as chief resident.She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and an active member of professional societies including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Ruth currently practices at Weiser Skin in Soho.
Lauren A. Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C is a social worker specializing in supporting women through life transitions. Through her counseling practice, Lauren provides therapy to women and couples in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. She also facilitates groups and workshops to empower women in corporate settings and trains other mental health professionals on issues impacting women’s wellness, including peri/menopause.
A former lawyer, Lauren regularly contributes thought leadership on women’s rights through speaking engagements, writing, and digital media. Her areas of expertise include perinatal mental health, gender equity, working parenthood, and reproductive healthcare. Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period is her first book; acclaimed by menopause healthcare experts, women's rights advocates, and best-selling authors, it has been called a "a smart, relatable, and research-backed guide for women balancing careers, relationships, and caregiving while navigating hormonal change" by activist Eve Rodsky among other accolades.
Lauren received her BA (magna cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania before returning to her hometown of New York City to earn her MSW from New York University and JD from the Cardozo School of Law. Lauren currently lives with her husband, two children, and Cavapoo in Westchester, New York, where she is actively involved in her community.
