Hosted by Courtney Rundell with Bolst Real Estate + Mortgage Core
You have the saved listings. Maybe even the Pinterest board. Now let’s talk about what it takes to make a home yours.
Join us for a relaxed conversation about buying a home, getting prepared and making your next move with confidence.
We’ll cover:
• What to know before you start touring
• The costs to plan for beyond your down payment
• How preapproval fits into your home search
• What happens between finding a home and getting the keys
• Steps you can take now, even if you’re months away from buying
ATTENDEE BONUS
Everyone who attends will receive a complimentary home inspection coupon valued at up to $800.*
Drop in anytime between 4:00 and 6:00 PM! No need to arrive right at 4. Buying your first home, planning your next move or simply curious? Everyone is welcome.
Bring your questions, your wish list and a friend. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come!
*Home inspection coupon redeemed at closing when you use Courtney Rundell as your Realtor.
