Join Joss of Breathe with Joss and Liz of Vibrant Zen for a cozy indoor Floating Breathwork + Sound Ceremony.
You'll get comfortable on your own floating airbed in a warm indoor pool while Joss guides you through intentional breathing to help you slow down and settle in. Then, simply lie back and enjoy an immersive sound bath as Liz fills the space with crystal singing bowls, gong, rainsticks, chimes + more.
This is an opportunity to quiet your mind, release some of the tension you've been carrying, and enjoy a couple of hours dedicated entirely to yourself.

No swimming required! You'll remain on top of the water on a floating airbed throughout the experience. Poolside seating is also available if you'd prefer to stay on land.

Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner who creates immersive sound experiences using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments to encourage deep rest and relaxation.
