About this Event
High on Light: A SOBER PSYCHEDELIC JOURNEY
A rave for your nervous system. ✨
Brought to you by @TheTherapeuticCentre at @SkyStudioLucia
What if you could experience the euphoria, connection, expansion and altered-state feeling of a night out — without the substances or next-day recovery?
Step into a completely sober psychedelic journey where music, light, movement and consciousness collide.
Bring your favourite people. Put on the artists you love. Let the music move through you. And surrender to an immersive experience with the Lucia No3 Light, creating a powerful psychedelic visual journey through rhythmic light stimulation.
Think of it as raving, reimagined.
Instead of chasing the high, we're creating the conditions for your body and mind to experience pleasure, presence, connection, relaxation and expansion — through music, movement, breath, light and shared experience.
✨ THE LUCIA NO3 EXPERIENCE
The Lucia No3 is a powerful light experience designed to stimulate the visual system with rhythmic pulses of light while your eyes are closed. This can produce vivid colours, geometric patterns, movement and imagery behind the eyelids — creating an experience that many people describe as deeply immersive and psychedelic.
Beyond the visual experience, the combination of rhythmic light, music, stillness and focused attention can provide an opportunity to shift out of the constant stimulation of everyday life and into a different sensory state.
For some people, this may feel deeply relaxing, meditative, expansive or emotionally releasing. It can offer a space to slow down, turn inward and become more aware of sensations, thoughts and the body — supporting a transition from a highly activated state toward greater calm and presence.
Paired with your favourite rave music, we're creating a sober altered-state experience that draws on many of the elements that make dancing and raving feel so good: rhythm, repetition, music, collective energy and immersion.
