Make a simple stake and strand basket from fresh cut willows blended with natural coloured stems from the field and hedgerows. Maggie Cooper has been an expert in the ancient craft of Basketry for over 40 years, and under her guidance you will learn the skills required to make your own baskets at home.
Free tea and coffee available throughout the day.
The Yard Cafe is also open from 9.30am where breakfast, lunch and cakes are available to purchase. Food can be pre-ordered at the cafe in the morning if desired for a quick and easy lunch break. Participants at Glasshouse workshops can redeem a 10% discount at the cafe.
