Join me for a gentle and supportive afternoon of guided breathwork, relaxation and Reiki in Rugby.This small group experience has been created to give you time to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with yourself.
I’ll gently guide you through the breathwork experience, followed by time to relax, receive Reiki and allow yourself to ground and settle before heading home.
No previous breathwork or Reiki experience is needed. Everything will be explained and guided, and you’ll be encouraged to listen to your own body throughout.
