Description
This is a video-based, instructor-led class that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use; infant CPR; and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This class teaches skills with the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide their learning.

Our instructors are AHA certified and are dedicated to educating the community on what to do in the event of an emergency.

Restrictions or Requirements:Must be able to do practice skills on mannikins for 2 minutes at a time. Must be over 13 unless accompanied by an adult.
