Most leadership development only teaches skills. This programme starts from within. It trains leaders to coach their teams, not just manage them-using heart-based wisdom alongside structured coaching tools.

- Certified by Heartfulness Institute of Leadership and International Coaching Federation (the program is ICF-Accredited Continuing Coach Education with 30 CCE Credits including 23 Core Competencies and 7 Resource Development).
