Who cares for the healer?Through storytelling, reflection, gentle movement, ancestral knowledge, and traditional bodywork practices, participants are invited to explore reciprocity, grounding, nourishment, and the importance of allowing ourselves to receive care.
One of the elements shared will be manteadas, often described as Mother Earth’s Apapacho, a traditional practice that offers a feeling of being held, supported, and gently gathered back into ourselves.
Participants are encouraged to bring 1–5 rebozos (scarves). Having multiple rebozos allows participants to participate more fully in some of the experiential exercises. No one needs to purchase a rebozo specifically for the workshop.
