Healthy Bites, Philly Delights: Snack Detectives

Healthy Bites, Philly Delights invites families to become snack detectives as they take a closer look at favorite Philly-style snacks and everyday packaged foods. Through voting, label practice, snack comparisons, and a swap/add-on activity, families will practice finding three key nutrition clues: sugar, sodium, and serving size. Families will explore simple what to keep, reduce, or add to their snack plan then hear practical guidance from a health expert. Each family leaves with a snack challenge to try at home.
