About this Event
Welcome to Healing the Homegirls —
a monthly womb wellness experience for women who refuse to leave their healing to chance.
This is where postpartum becomes intentional.
Where recovery becomes structured.
Where the mother is supported — not overlooked.
Healing the Homegirls is not for women who want to “figure it out.”
It’s for women who understand:
Their healing affects everything —
their body, their children, their work, their relationships, their legacy.
At Healing the Homegirls, you don’t just learn —
you practice care.
Each month focuses on a pillar of recovery:
• nervous system regulation (sound bowls, meditation, breathwork)
• body support + restoration (like belly binding, bone closing, womb cupping)
• herbal healing + nourishment
• boundaries + protection
• emotional processing + identity
• preparing your being for real recovery
This is education you apply immediately —
not information you forget.
This is for you if:
• You want to feel supported, not just strong
• You value your recovery as much as your birth plan
• You’re a high-functioning woman who knows she cannot pour from depletion
• You’re ready to do motherhood differently — softer, smarter, supported
• You understand that healing is an investment, not an afterthought
