Presented by EmpowHERto, HealHER: The Glow Up Conference is a one-day wellness and empowerment experience created for Black, Indigenous, and racialized (BIPOC) girls ages 13–17.
We're bringing together girls from across Toronto for a day of real conversations, meaningful connections, self-discovery, and sisterhood. From navigating friendships and family expectations to understanding relationships, building confidence, and embracing self-love, HealHER creates space to talk about the things that actually matter.
No boring lectures. No judgment. Just honest conversations, interactive experiences, and a community of girls learning to heal, grow, and glow together.
