The Clarendon Quartet, like all well-regulated string quartets, consists of two violins, a viola and a cello. It also consists of three alumnae of Nottinghamshire School of Music, three postgrad students of the Guildhall School of Music, two Oxford music graduates, a married couple, two members of WSO, two residents of Malvern and two residents of Birmingham. Despite that, there are still only four people involved!
They are Sarah Bertram, Katherine Ellis (violins), Chris Bertram (viola), and Kate Moon (cello).
They will be playing Haydn's Quartet Op 776 No 5 in D major and Mendelssohn's 3rd Quartet Op 44 No1 in D major.
Please join us in the Rankin Studio at Kimichi School to enjoy an evening of beautiful, up-close and personal and free live music.
