About this Event
Unwind your day by pausing, breathing, and reconnecting with your inner strength 🌿
Join Ka Yoga every other Tuesday evening for a grounding Hatha Yoga practice in the peaceful setting of the Learning Hub & Yard Studio at Chiswick House Park.
Hatha Yoga is a traditional, steady style of yoga that brings together mindful movement, held postures and conscious breathing. Unlike more dynamic flow-based practices, Hatha gives you time to settle into each posture, build strength and stability, and develop greater body and breath awareness.
Expect a balanced practice combining mindful movement, functional strength, balance, breathwork and moments of stillness. We’ll move with conscious intention, release tension and create space to let go of the stresses of the day.
We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing 10-minute Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to help you settle, restore and reconnect.
A peaceful evening ritual to nourish your body, quiet your mind and leave you feeling grounded and balanced. 🌿
At Ka Yoga, practice is not about perfection – it is about presence. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive space where you can leave the busy day behind, guide yourself back to center, and cultivate deep harmony between body, mind, and spirit 💛

🧘🏼♀️ Meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Karolina, a 400-hour certified Yoga teacher, founder of Ka Yoga, Reiki practitioner and Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healer.
My teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and inspired by Tantra philosophy, with a focus on balance, awareness, breath and connection. My classes combine mindful movement, conscious breathing and moments of stillness, creating space to build strength, develop body awareness and reconnect with yourself.
Alongside yoga, my Reiki practice and Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healing bring another dimension to my work, supporting relaxation, inner calm and a deeper sense of connection.
I believe yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about listening to your body, breathing with intention and creating a kinder relationship with yourself. My aim is to create a warm and inclusive space where everyone feels supported, regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience.
Presence, not perfection. 🌿
🌙 Before you come please bring:
* Your own yoga mat (mats are not provided)
* A bottle of water
* Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
* A warm layer or small blanket for the sound bath relaxation section (optional but recommended!)
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so we can begin together. Come as you are. Breathe deeply. Move mindfully. Unwind your evening with intention.
Please note for your safety, this session is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a serious injury, are recovering from a recent operation, or have a medical condition that makes exercise unsuitable without advice from your healthcare professional.
