Think your Thanksgiving dressing deserves a place at the table? Bring your homemade creation and put it to the test! Amateur cooks are invited to compete for prizes, bragging rights, and the title of Harvest Festival's best dressing.

2:15pm - History of the Harvest with Highland Farms - The Wheelhouse @ Fair Game
What does “harvest” really mean, and how have our traditions around food and farming changed over time? Join Abby from Highland Farms for a look at the history of the harvest and the traditions that connect our communities to the food we grow and eat.
4pm - Mushroom Talk & Tasting with Quandary Lake Mushrooms - The Wheelhouse @ Fair Game
Join Tamara Norris and Barbara Leach of Quandary Lake Mushrooms for a look at oyster mushrooms from cultivation and harvest to cooking and the holiday table. Learn about growing mushrooms locally, their role in our foodshed, and how a local crop can become value-added food products. The talk will include a guided tasting, recipes, and a preview of QLM's mushroom Thanksgiving dressing.
