About this Event

Register your place to speak directly with Leasehold teams and book appointments to discuss specific leasehold services.

General admission is free and you can book an appointment with a range of Housing Service teams to discuss specific leasehold issues by choosing your preferred 15 minutes time slot. You will need to book separate time slots for each team you want to see.

You can also attend stalls on the night but please be aware these spots are limited 10 minutes each and are subject to officer availability. We'd recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

We hold six surgeries a year across the borough and the next two will be held at the Edward Woods Community Centre, 60 Norland Rd, London W11 4TX.

The Services session is first up and will be held from 4.30-8pm on Wednesday 11 November 2026. It will give you an opportunity to speak to those delivering services to your building and estate, and will be attended by officers from the teams listed below

  1. Day-to-day service charges: the team that manage charges raised for services such as grounds maintenance, caretaking/cleaning, communal electricity, lift servicing, and buildings insurance.
  2. Estate services: the team that deliver cleaning, grounds maintenance, and bulk waste collection, and maintain garages and parking, play areas, and community halls.
  3. Housing management: the team that carry out the day-to-day management of the housing portfolio, including home visits, breaches of tenancy, and first contact for leaks from neighbouring homes.
  4. Insurance: the team that manage the leashold buildings' insurance policy.
  5. Law Enforcement Team (LET): the team that endeavours to improve safety for residents, reduce anti-social behaviour, and take action against offenders.
  6. Leasehold aftersales: the team responsible for lease extensions sales of the freehold, or the sale of additional, non-demised space.
  7. Leasehold income: the team responsible for repayment plans for service charges and major works, application of interest, income assessments, and debt enforcement.
  8. Major works service charges: the team responsible for the statutory consultation process and the production of bills for major works.

The Property session will follow on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at the same time and location and will be attended by those managing the physical building and its assets (for example, repairs, capital delivery, mechanical & electrical, and the property compliance team). You can find the booking page for this session here.
