About this Event
Take a look behind the scenes of the Royal Veterinary College’s London Campus.....
Our popular science lates event Night at the Vet College returns; showcasing innovative research through activities in our labs, interactive science stands and mini lectures.
Since 1791 the RVC has been pushing forward the scientific frontiers of animal health and medicine in order to contribute to the improvement of treatment, understanding and welfare of animals in all areas of society (as well as how it can relate to humans).
Our anatomy museum, not usually open to the public, will let you explore the links between science and art. You can also find out about the RVC’s BSc/MSci Biological Sciences, Vet Nursing and Veterinary Medicine degrees, and the RVC student experience. Researchers will be explaining how they are making new discoveries, and you can hear about careers in science. Take part and join us for a fun and different event- you can drop by briefly or stay for the whole evening!
This free event is aimed at secondary school age upwards; however there is plenty for all ages and under 16s will be welcomed as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Night at the Vet College in Camden takes place every two years, and has been running since 2012. Next year we will be back at our Hawkshead campus in Hertfordshire for our September showcase event.
