Welcome to the annual Halloween Bash at Tony's Pizza & Pour House! 🎃✨
Presented in partnership with Magical Moments for a Cause
Join us for a family-friendly evening of community fun, trick-or-treating, and local shopping! This Eventbrite page is strictly for General RSVP and Attendance Planning so we can ensure our vendors bring plenty of treats for everyone.
⏰ EVENT SCHEDULE
- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Private Inclusion Hour: Dedicated exclusively to immune-compromised, sensory-sensitive, or high-risk children so they can safely enjoy trick-or-treating in a controlled, clean environment. (Please reach out if you have a child/children that would like to particpate during this hour)
- 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Public Trick-or-Treating: Open to the entire community! Come out, trick-or-treat at our vendor booths, and enjoy the night!
🍕 KIDS COOKING CLASSES
- The Experience: Children get a hands-on, tableside pizza-making experience where they get to roll out and design their own personal pizza .
- The Theme: Complete with a spooky Halloween twist! Kids will create custom, one-topping pizzas using creative seasonal designs
Class registrations and scheduling are managed directly by the venue. Please reach out via the contact info below to save your seat
.🛍️ LOCAL VENDORS & BOOTH SPONSORSHIPS
Are you a local business owner, crafter, or maker? Showcase your brand while supporting an amazing cause! Please come join us!
- Set Up a Vendor Booth : Showcase your business, sell your products/crafts, and pass out treats.
- Sponsor a Booth ( Hands-Free!): Can’t make it in person? Submit your sponsorship by October 15th, and our volunteers will set up, decorate, and hand out candy on your behalf while proudly displaying your business signage!

We need passionate volunteers to help decorate, run fundraising stations, and hand out candy at our sponsored booths!

Where Your Support Goes: 100% of any booth fees, sponsorships, and fundraising proceeds go directly to Magical Moments for a Cause, LLC. These funds are used to host personalized, joyful celebrations for Texas families navigating pediatric cancer, life-altering childhood illnesses, or disaster hardships. (Please note: Magical Moments for a Cause, LLC is a for-profit company; purchases and booth fees are not tax-deductible).
