Welcome to the Hackney Menopause Café! Join us for an evening of open discussions, support, and community around the topic of menopause. Whether you're experiencing menopause yourself or supporting a loved one through it, this event is for you. Come share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming space. Everyone is welcome!
When: The first Wednesday of every month
Time: From 5:30 to 7:30 PM
Location: Batch Baby
Register before coming or just turn up - you can arrive at any time during the cafe. Most people arrive between 5:30-6:00 pm, then we have facilitated conversation from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Low-cost refreshments will be available for purchase, and free water will be provided. You’re also very welcome to bring your own light refreshments.
Hackney Menopause Cafe has been set up by local residents and has no set agenda. It operates on a not-for-profit basis, and does not endorse products or any particular views. The privacy of all participants is respected.
