Guided Meditation

The Diamond Way Buddhist group in Edinburgh is part of the Karma Kagyu school, one of the three ‘old’ schools of Tibetan Buddhism. This school puts special focus on meditation practice and we offer monthly guided sessions for those who want to learn to meditate. If you are interested in learning more about Buddhism, we also invite Buddhist teachers several times each year to visit us and give public lectures and in-depth weekend courses.
