Break your week up with a meditation and let nature guide your drawing. You don’t need any drawing skills. Time to relax and get inspired ♡
This is a time to let go of control and let nature guide your drawing. We will let the wind, the light or a sound of a bird drive our focus, whilst we sit together in a circle, in between the trees.
Structure:
✺ 11am.
Start with a 5 minute meditation
✺ 11:05am.
You can choose to carry on in a meditative state or to pick the material that feels right to you in that moment.
You will be able to find all the drawing material in a picnic basket:
❊ paper
❊ pens
❊ pencils
❊ paints (watercolour and gouache)
❊ clipboards
*** you don't need to bring anything, unless you have your favourite material or somethhing you want to experiment with.
✺ 11:50am.
Return to your seats if you moved outside of the circle, put all your material down. It's time to discuss how you may have felt during the picnic, where did nature guide you throughout the session, show the work that you have created in collaboration with nature.
✺ 11:55am.
The end of the session: a plastic sleeve will be provided (optional), so that the piece of art you created in collaboration with nature is protected as you go about the rest of your day.
✺ 12pm.
We say our goodbyes, feeling refreshed, inspired and holding space for the rest of the week.
