At the start of the year, sales leaders invest time in preparing their teams for what lies ahead. Global Sales Transformation XXI offers an opportunity to invest in your own thinking: to step back, learn alongside your peers and explore what could make a meaningful difference to your people and your business.

For its twenty-first edition, GST moves to Kings Place, beside the canal at King’s Cross, and expands from a half-day event into a full day of conversation, reflection and practical insight. A new morning roundtable format gives you the opportunity to contribute your experience and explore ideas with fellow sales leaders, before joining the afternoon talks and panel.

The Inspiration Advantage

What enables some sales leaders to see possibilities others miss? And how do they create the conditions for those possibilities to become commercial results?

This year’s theme explores inspiration as a sales leadership capability: how leaders encourage fresh thinking, and how the tools, environment and culture around them help turn that thinking into action.

The morning gives you space to explore these questions with your peers. The afternoon brings perspectives and experience from people who have put them into practice.

Full Day: Roundtables + Afternoon — 100 places

Begin the day at a hosted table of senior sales leaders, taking part in two facilitated roundtable sessions.

Through shared experience, thoughtful questions and open discussion, you will explore the theme together and challenge your own assumptions. The sessions build on one another, with the connection revealed on the day.

Breakfast is served from 08:30, with a prompt start at 09:15. Lunch and all afternoon sessions are included.

The morning uses cabaret-style seating and is limited to 100 delegates. Booking closes once the tables are full.

Afternoon: Talks + Panel — 100 places

Join us for four talks exploring different perspectives on inspiration, followed by a live panel hosted by Dr Philip Squire.

Each talk includes 35 minutes of insight and experience, followed by 10 minutes of questions from the audience. Speakers and talk themes will be announced soon.

Both ticket options include networking drinks from 17:30, giving you time to continue the conversations and connect with fellow delegates.
