Embark on a group sound healing journey with Ciara Adams—certified sound healer, opera singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist.

Using crystal bowls, sacred drums, chimes, and her luminous, channelled voice, Ciara creates an immersive soundscape that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and soul-level realignment.

About Sound Healing Practitioner, Ciara Adams:

Ciara Adams is a Toronto-based certified sound healer, multi-instrumentalist, and the founder of The Unity Studio. With over 20 years of experience as a trained opera singer, professional musician, and theatre creator, she blends her rigorous classical background with holistic energy medicine to facilitate deep transformation.Her sound healing practice is uniquely informed by her transition from "vocal perfectionism" to an embodied, emotionally integrated approach. At her studio, she serves as a Harmonic Egg Guardian, utilizing immersive resonance chambers to assist cients in deep healing through frequency. She also offers a suite of voice classes, workshops & mentorhsip programs alongside her sound healing journies in which she uses crystal bowls, sacred drums, and her "luminous, channelled voice" to support nervous system regulation and soul-level realignment.

Info: 7:45 PM - 8:00 PM - Arrival & Settle In 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Sound Journey. 9:00 PM - 9:15 PM - Closure. The Sound Journey is one hour long. Clients are invited to lie down and receive as Ciara begins with a guided meditation, followed by a channelled sound healing journey, before gently bringing people back into their bodies and the present moment.
