A Samhain Group Hypnosis JourneySome stories began long before we were born.
As we gather on Samhain, join us for a guided hypnosis journey to explore our ancestral roots, honor the wisdom and strengths passed down through generations, and reflect on the patterns we may be ready to release.
Through hypnosis and visualization, we'll create space to reconnect with the past, discover what we're ready to let go of, and choose what we wish to carry forward.
No prior hypnosis experience or knowledge of your family history is necessary. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
