Group Ear Acupuncture & Sound Bath 🌿
An evening of relaxation, soothing sounds and gentle ear acupuncture at Hot Yoga South in Portslade.
Join us for a relaxing one-hour session combining the calming benefits of ear acupuncture with the beautiful vibrations of a sound bath.
This is a lying-down session, allowing you to fully relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the sound experience.
Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply need some time for yourself, you're warmly invited to join us. No previous experience is necessary.
What to expect
🌿 Ear acupuncture – A gentle treatment that may help promote relaxation, reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing.
🎶 Sound bath – Let the soothing sounds and vibrations help you slow down, switch off and enjoy a moment of peace.
🧘 Deep relaxation – Lie back, get comfortable and enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and a blanket to make yourself comfortable (we will have a few with us in case you forget)

⭐ £20 – Concession for Hot Yoga South members, returning guests and RJFP volunteers.
