Ground + Gather is a two-night Movewise retreat created to give you enough space to step outside the usual pace, come back into your body, and listen a little more closely to what this season is asking of you.
We’ll gather at a private mountain property in Idyllwild for a weekend shaped around rest, embodiment, seasonal reflection, nervous-system support, nature, ritual, shared meals, and meaningful community.
The weekend may include embodied movement, seasonal Ayurveda, journaling, Reiki + sound, New Moon reflection, nature immersion, and spacious time to simply settle.
Public Early Bird: $725 through Sept. 20
Regular Registration: $795 beginning Sept. 21
Because Ground + Gather is intentionally small and accommodations vary, registration begins with a short application and accommodation request.
