This December, we will gather once more beneath the beautiful arches of St Andrew’s Hall, Norwich.
Not simply for a gong bath.
Not simply for meditation.
But for something much deeper…
A candlelit ceremony.
A space to pause.
A place to honour the year that stands behind us.
A moment to remember that even through life’s darkest seasons, our light has never truly left us.
It has simply been waiting…
Waiting to be remembered.
Together we will gently close the year through sacred sound, candlelight, reflection and stillness before stepping forward into a new beginning.
This year has asked so much of so many.
Perhaps this is your invitation to stop striving…
To breathe…
To listen…
And to come home to yourself.

📍 St Andrew’s Hall, Norwich

💸 £20 per person
No under 12s.
💸£30 per person ( yoga mat / faux fur base layer / pillow / blanket and eye mask provided) - only 15 spaces available
🕝 Arrival: 2:30pm
🚪 Doors Close: 2:50pm
✨ Ceremony: 3:00pm–4:00pm
🌿 Optional Reflection: 4:00pm–4:30pm
✨ What To Bring
To help you fully relax into the experience, please bring:
🌙 A yoga mat, reclining chair, or similar comfortable support to lie or sit on
🌙 Blankets and cushions for warmth and comfort
🌙 An eye mask (optional) to deepen your experience
🌙 A water bottle
🌙 Anything else you need to feel cosy, safe, and supported
Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to receive.
This is your time to pause, soften, and simply be held in sound.
I am unable to offer refunds or transfers to other event dates. You may choose to gift your space to a friend, if you give me 24hr notice of the change of booking name.
