About this Event
In GONG CEREMONY you will experience the healing benefits of kundalini breathwork and the symphonic gong. The gong is a sacred instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation. Gongs are among the world's most ancient musical instruments dating back to 2000-1000 BC. Historically the art of making Gongs was veiled with a sense of magic and reverence.
Our session will include a short warm-up kundalini practice to center your mind and body, followed by a clarifying pranayama (breathwork) meditation.
You will then be invited to relax and enjoy the powerful vibrations of the gong to guide you into a state of profound rest, intuition and rejuvenation. The resonant tones will wash over you, creating waves of sound that penetrate deeply into the body, releasing tension and promoting nourishment.
☸️ The gong stimulates the body's energy centers (chakras), helping to clear emotional blockages and facilitate the flow of prana (life-force) throughout the body. Gong baths support the release of tension through stimulating the glandular and nervous system helping to reduce anxiety and bring the brain into a theta state.
