Gong 4 All: Sacred Vibration and Deep Healing is an in-person sound and well-being gathering for the general public.

In celebration of International Musician’s Day, join Gaia’s Crystal healing for a transformative experience facilitated by Maria Elena, Solar Sound Therapy Certificate. The sacred vibrations of the Gong are intended to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. The Gong’s sound works at a cellular level to help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and restore inner peace—an opportunity to disconnect from external noise and reconnect with your essence.

• Attire: Light clothing is recommended, preferably white.
  
• Bring: Your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
  
• Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes early for the initiation. Entry will not be permitted once the session begins, to maintain the group’s energy.
  
• Cell phones: Keep them off throughout the entire experience.
  
• Comfort: If a physical condition prevents you from lying down, please let the organizers know upon arrival. Chairs are available so you can enjoy the session comfortably.
