Rosedale OTR and Yogoat Cincinnati are teaming up to bring Goat Yoga to the patio this summer.

Tickets include a 45-minute yoga class accompanied by 4+ baby goats and a post-workout drink.
Why goat yoga? Studies have shown it increases overall mood and happiness as immediate side effects while decreasing blood pressure and having a positive effect on the immune system. In addition...baby goats are just really, really cute.
Note: This is a 21+ class. Please bring your own yoga mat!
