Auckland Mobile Libraries is bringing Te Ruamki Mobile Library to the Glen Eden Christmas Twilight market on Saturday November 22 2025 https://www.facebook.com/share/1KGmntMbSp/ The inaugural Glen Eden Twilight Christmas event aims to foster community engagement – bringing people together in the spirit of joy and belonging, with festive cheer!
The event includes a Twilight Market featuring food trucks, arts and craft stalls, community services, and live stage performances by members of the Glen Eden community. Come along for gift shopping, delicious offerings from our market or bring your own picnic & seating to enjoy.
It's a joyful picnic-style gathering for the Glen Eden community — a chance to share kai, connect through music and culture and celebrate what unites us at Christmas.
At the mobile library you can borrow books, chill out and read, or play the outdoor games. The friendly librarians can answer your questions about collections, services, and other library questions.
If you don’t already have your FREE Auckland Libraries card we can help with that too.
Items borrowed from the mobile library can be returned to the mobile library, or to any branch of Auckland Libraries. The mobile library can also take back items borrowed from other Auckland Libraries branches.
