About this Event
Discover the expressive, cool-climate elegance of German winemaking with visiting head winemaker Patrick Jacklin!
Join us at Le Charcuterie Bar for an exclusive producer evening featuring the organic and biodynamic wines of Baden’s historic sister estates: Weingut Heitlinger and Burg Ravensburg.
Guided by a philosophy of gentle, low-intervention cellar practices and certified EU organic/biodynamic farming, Patrick Jacklin crafts wines that showcase the limestone and colored marl soils of the Kraichgau region. While Germany is famous for Riesling, Heitlinger’s terroir is an extraordinary haven for Burgundian varieties—with over 80% of its holdings dedicated to world-class Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and rare Pinot Meunier.
Your $20 Ticket Includes:
- Featured tasting flight highlighting pours from both Heitlinger and Burg Ravensburg.
- An informal, interactive opportunity to meet Patrick and hear firsthand cellar stories.
- Access to purchase featured estate bottles for home cellaring or retail take-home.
Our full menu of curated artisan charcuterie boards, gourmet cheese plates, and small bites will be available for purchase to pair alongside your tastings.
