Fancy a game of padel and meeting a few other Germans in New York?
We’re bringing together a small group for a friendly padel session with rotating players, a little healthy competition, and time to get to know each other between games.
Whether you’ve just arrived in NYC or have been here for years, come along to meet some new faces and find people to play with again.
Coming on your own? Perfect.
You don’t need to bring a partner or an existing group. We’ll organise the games and rotate players throughout the session, so you can turn up, get involved, and meet everyone.
Expect a mix of court time and breaks to chat - rather than uninterrupted playing time.
Do I need to be good at padel?
You don’t need to be an expert! Knowing the basic rules and feeling comfortable joining a casual game is recommended.
This is a social session, not a tournament or a coached lesson. We’re here for good games and good company, not to scout the next world champion.
Do I need to be German?
No! Germans, German speakers, and friends of the German community are all welcome.

🎾 Rackets and balls: Available to rent for $15 / bring your own
Bring sportswear, suitable court shoes, water, and your best attempt at a backhand.
Places are limited to keep the group manageable and give everyone time on court. Please book a ticket for each person joining.

About the organisers: We’re club members who have prebooked courts for this independently organised community meetup. This is not an official event organised or sponsored by the club.
