About this Event
A slow, meditative vinyasa practice guided by yogic breath. This class emphasizes subtle body awareness and nervous system support, with helpful verbal cues and gentle assists offered throughout the practice. Through this inward attention, we reconnect with the body's innate wisdom and integrate that deeper essence into the rhythm of daily life. Each session closes with a longer savasana to rest deeply and absorb the nurturing energy of the garden, supporting integration. All levels are welcome.
Please bring your own mat and dress comfortably.
