About this Event
Galactic Contact Experience
An immersive journey into expanded awareness, cosmic connection & conscious contact.
What happens when we quiet the mind, open the body, and become deeply receptive to what exists beyond our ordinary awareness?
Join San Antonio Conscious Events and Expansive Soul Breath for a unique evening designed to guide you into an expanded state of consciousness through breathwork, ceremonial drumming, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing.
Together, we’ll create an intentional space to move beyond the noise of everyday life, deepen into inner awareness, and explore the possibility of conscious galactic connection.
This experience is less about trying to “make” something happen and more about becoming open, present, and receptive to whatever you may personally experience.
✨ Open. Receive. Remember.
🌠 The Experience
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through a progression of practices designed to help relax the nervous system, deepen awareness, and support a receptive meditative state.
🌬️ Breathwork
Use conscious breathing to settle into your body, release tension, and begin shifting into a deeper state of awareness.
🪘 Ceremonial Drumming
Allow the rhythm of the drum to help quiet the analytical mind and deepen your connection to yourself, the group, and the experience.
🧘 Guided Meditation
Journey inward through a guided meditation focused on expanded consciousness, connection, and receptivity.
🔔 Immersive Sound Journey
Relax into the frequencies and vibrations of sound bowls and other healing sounds as you move deeper into stillness and awareness.
💫 Galactic Connection & Integration
From this receptive state, we’ll create space to explore conscious contact and cosmic connection in whatever way feels meaningful to you, followed by time to gently integrate the experience.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, sound healing, or conscious contact is required.
Simply come with curiosity and an open mind.
