Open to any area vocational student! The GAF Roofing Academy, in partnership with Advanced Industrial
Roofing, Inc., will provide an introduction to commercial roofing
installation. The graduates of the program will receive a GAF Roofing
Academy certification. Graduates will also have the opportunity to earn
their OSHA 10 for free, outside of training hours, per student request.
Completion of the program signals to roofing employers that the
graduates have the proper entry-level skills for a commercial roofing
installation career.
Program Details:
This program will focus on the basics of low slope roofing.
The graduates of the class will have the knowledge and skills to
enter into the commercial roofing industry.
Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing
Academy Graduate.
Upon Completion, graduates will have the opportunity to interview
with Advanced Industrial Roofing for full-time employment.
If hired and the graduate reaches 60 days of employment, they will
be eligible for a $250 retention bonus from GAF Roofing Academy.
Transportation to and from the facility is the responsibility of the attendee
