About this Event
The spiritual meaning of the fall season is all about finding balance and equilibrium in all aspects of life. Just like trees shed their leaves, we too must let go of old baggage to make space for new growth. During this guided meditation and sound bath, we will be clearing the chakras and letting go of any unnecessary energy. The sound waves from the crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments will bring your energy centers into perfect alignment.
Think of what you need to focus your time and energy on in order to be in alignment with your highest self. We will be writing intentions on a bay leaf and burning them to send that energy into the universe.
You will be able to connect with your spirit guides through an oracle card pull beforehand, and develop a deeper connection with your guides during the sound healing journey.
Energetic exchange: $25 per person
You will be lying on the floor for this sound bath.
