Welcome to Future Cowboy — a bold celebration of the role of cattle in food, fashion, and the circular economy. This one-of-a-kind event fuses culinary creativity, fashion innovation, ag technology, and sustainability science into an unforgettable afternoon that invites you to rethink what it means for ranchers, foodies, and fashionistas to honor our cattle with technology and tradition.

• The Genuine Leather Fashion Show — Witness sustainable design in motion as emerging designers transform genuine leather into wearable art that evokes the spirit of what it means to be a Future Cowboy.
• Gourmet Beef & Bison Feast — Savor exclusive dishes crafted by Chef Edwin Sandoval, a pioneer in Honduran-French fusion cuisine, featuring adventurous cuts (yes, even bison heart and beef tongue!) that showcases the full spectrum of the nutrition our cattle offer us.
• Storytelling from Ranchtech to Runway – Hear heartfelt stories from ranchers, agtech founders, chefs, and fashion designers about the role cattle play in healthy food, fashion, and wildland systems.
• Artisanal Western Wear Market — Discover handcrafted boots, bags, and jewelry that celebrate a modern, mindful Western aesthetic.
• Line Dancing & Music — Kick up your boots, make new friends– from real life ranchers to fellow foodies and fashionistas– and experience a vibrant mix of tradition and fun.
