An intimate monthly cacao, sound bath, and energy healing circle
What gives your life meaning—and are you making enough space for it?
November often encourages us to consider what we are grateful for. This month’s Heal Within gathering takes that reflection deeper by inviting you to explore what matters most, what gives your life meaning, and what you feel called to create, experience, or contribute.
You do not need to have your entire purpose figured out. This gathering offers space to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with the values, desires, and inner knowing that may already be guiding you.
Held at the Repurpose Your Life™ Micro Healing Center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, this three-hour gathering is limited to six guests. I prepare each ceremony with the people attending in mind from the altar and the way I guide the experience to the personal ritual gift each guest takes home.
We’ll begin by settling into the space and sharing ceremonial cacao. From there, I’ll guide you through reflection inspired by November’s Connect to Your Purpose theme, followed by an immersive sound bath and optional individual energy work through my shamanic practice.
There will be time to connect with the circle, explore what arises, and integrate your experience before we close.
You do not have to perform, find the perfect answer, or share anything you are not ready to share. You are welcome exactly as you are.

No previous experience with ceremonial cacao, sound baths, meditation, or energy work is needed.
Before You Arrive
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Mats and blankets will be provided, and you are welcome to bring a journal.
Smoke cleansing may be offered, and you are always welcome to opt out. Sharing aloud, drinking cacao, and receiving individual energy work are all optional.
The exact address and arrival instructions will be emailed to registered guests before the gathering. The closest subway station is 103rd Street and Central Park West on the B and C lines.
Your Host
Isabel Varela is a global transformational leader, serial entrepreneur, Medicine Woman, and human-transformation guide based in New York City. With more than two decades of experience across entrepreneurship, leadership, sustainability, business building, and human transformation, Isabel is the founder and CEO of Repurpose Your Life, her fourth company. Her work includes 400+ sound baths, 80+ in-person events, three major retreats, hundreds of individual healing experiences, and collaborations across 20+ corporate, nonprofit, wellness, and community organizations. Her work is rooted in her Central American Indigenous lineage and shamanic practice, informed by years of study with Mayan and Hopi elders and Toltec shamans.
