an intimate, 90-minute full moon gathering inside a himalayan salt sanctuary—vedic astrology, gentle energy clearing movement, a guided ancestral journey & reflective integration, with a personal ritual kit to carry the practice home. ♡

this gathering invites you into ancestral communion through movement, meditation & symbolic ritual—a space to listen inward, meet what arises, and return to your own discernment. ♡

a dedicated teaching & conversation on this full moon through the lens of jyotish, or vedic astrology: its lunar placement, traditional symbolism & themes of healing and renewal. we’ll explore how to bring those themes into your own reflection and practice, with time for questions. no astrology knowledge is needed.
˚ what we’ll move through
following our astrology discussion, we’ll move into gentle seated movement and qigong-inspired practices, allowing the body to soften into stillness.
i’ll guide you through an ancestral meditation: grounding into your roots and opening to the feelings or messages that emerge within that meeting.
we’ll ease back into the room with reflective writing, optional sharing & a closing circle—giving the experience somewhere to settle.

your ticket includes a personal ritual kit to use during our gathering & take home with you: a small invitation to return to the stillness, remembrance & self-trust we practice together. ♡

mats are provided, with blankets & cushions available. bring water, a light layer & your own journal if you’d like. writing materials will be available. you may also bring a photograph of an ancestor you’d like to honor—entirely optional. ♡
no meditation experience or knowledge of your family history is needed. movement stays within your mat space; you’re welcome to adapt, rest, keep your eyes open or simply listen. sharing is always optional, and there is no particular experience you need to have.
