About this Event

Hands-on tutorial to help build skills required in Precision Child Health, data science and bioinformatics for SickKids staff and trainees.

Topics include:

  • Introduction to CCM's Stager and seqr platforms
  • Sample tracking and management using Stager
  • Genomic variant analysis using seqr
  • Overview of seqr features: Project management, gene list creation, variant filtering, IGV within seqr, variant/gene level look-ups
  • Setting up and managing your own project on a local seqr instance
