From Release to Regulation

Breathwork, Kriya & Nervous System Support

? Feb 17 | ? 7:00 PM
? The Smoking Frog

Feeling overstimulated, tense, or on the edge of screaming or crying?

This evening is for people whose nervous systems feel fried from stress, constant scrolling, and holding too much inside. We’ll begin with intentional emotional release using breathwork, kriya, shaking, stomping, and vocal expression to help the body safely discharge anger and grief.

Release is only one part of the process.

After the activation, we’ll slow everything down and focus on nervous system regulation — learning practical tools to calm the body, settle the mind, and return to a sense of safety after strong emotions move through.

This is a trauma-aware, choice-based space. Nothing is forced. Rest, pauses, and moving at your own pace are always welcome.

Support & Safety

This space is fully supported.

Molly, a social worker and art therapist, will be present throughout the entire evening, offering emotional support and helping co-hold a safe, grounded container. She will be available during and after the release work as needed.

Yuliia will guide the breathwork, kriya, and nervous system regulation practices.
