From Expert Contributor to Authentic Leader: Design Your Leadership Style

Stop trying to fit the mold of a 'boss' and start building the leader you actually want to follow.

We've all worked for the "accidental manager"; the high performer who was promoted for their technical skill and ability to execute, but left without a map for guiding people. What many don't understand before it's too late, is that leadership isn't a title you're given; it's a presence you build.

You may have taken the steps to lead in the workplace by becoming more productive, and learned the basics of how to become an influential leader. But the most impactful leaders weren't born that way, they were built; and now it's time to build and become the leader you were meant to be.

What to Expect:

This immersive, in-person experience will guide you through 5 foundational pillars where we'll actively and collaboratively refine how you show up as a leader:

  • High-impact communication and being more persuasive
  • Becoming agile and staying grounded while making real-time decisions
  • Becoming an architect of collaborative teams and work-environments
  • Adopting a strategic way of thinking in order to lead with a long-term roadmap
  • Mastering the art of scaling your impact by tapping into the strengths of others

Your experience begins the night before the session, where you'll work through a 3-step analysis to uncover your biggest gaps and also your biggest opportunities. As you design who you want to be as a leader in the core areas of the in-person session, you'll also be taking steps to:

  • Gain clarity on exactly where to start
  • Build the confidence to lead with intention
  • Break the habits that have held you back from making progress
  • Build unbreakable focus to prioritize effectively
  • Take action and execute your plans effectively
  • Manage your time more effectively
  • Build the muscles to stay committed and follow-through

True leadership development happens through feedback, practice and shared experiences. It's your time to lead with confidence, drive success for yourself and your organization, and finally become the leader you always wished you had.
