Friday Fit!
MCFTB and Semper Fit are partnering to deliver fitness and wellness together in a weekly, hour long class. Classes will be held on the Marina/Bayview Lawn. During inclement weather, classes will be held inside the Jerry Coleman Center.
*Please be advised there is no certified personal trainer on staff or providing instruction during this activity at this time. Participants are responsible for determining whether the exercises and level of physical activity are appropriate for them.
Please wear workout clothes and shoes, and bring plenty of water and a towel. Any required weights or equipment will be provided.
Children are welcome to attend with their parent. Parent will be responsible for their child during the class.
