About this Event
French Toast is romantic and playful - an eclectic mix of vintage waltz, swing, Latin and European music styles. Established in 2013, they have a love affair with French music - its passion, romance, and beauty.
On October 11, lead singer Mignonne Profant will recreate the music that was popular in Parisian dance halls, cafés and bistros in the 1920's through 1950's, and give these wonderful songs a little twist!

About Mignonne
The master chef behind French Toast is Mignonne Profant, a vocalist, actress and entrepreneur who takes great pleasure in connecting with her audience, regardless of the setting. She has performed throughout Southern California with several theater and opera companies, and owned an interactive entertainment company for 10 years.
She now specializes in French songs and the American Song Book, performing regularly for private and corporate events throughout Southern California.
