Saturday is a full day of learning at SunQ, home of Sunlights® education. Dive into the art and science of French Balayage as you refine sectioning, placement, saturation, brushwork, body mechanics, and formulation. Work through hands-on mannequin exercises, watch live-model demonstrations, and discover Candy's signature painting techniques and proven systems designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and confidence.

Return to the salon to put everything into practice. The morning begins with live demonstrations from Candy Shaw and our Sunlights Artisan Education Team. In the afternoon, it's your turn to pick up the paintbrush!

You'll execute your own French Balayage application on a live model provided by the Academy, putting your new skills to work on a real guest.

Guided mentorship and real-time feedback ensure you leave with greater clarity, confidence, and the skills to create beautiful, customized blondes while maximizing your earning potential at the chair.
