Free Yoga @ Sunset Cliffs (Nov 1st @ 8 am)

Hello everyone!

Join me for our first vinyasa flow class at 8 am!!

things to bring: yoga mat and/or towel, yoga blocks (if you have some), and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

I am not yoga teacher trained certified but i am getting my certification at the moment, and in order to get certified I am required to teach classes to people. I have already been trained to teach classes, it's more so the practice of teaching a class that is required.
