About this Event
FREE - 2nd Sunday of Every Month
When women gather, something deeply supportive and healing unfolds. Each month, we’ll explore movement in a creative, intuitive way—inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner essence.
I often hear “but I can’t dance!” Let’s release performance. This space is for you to explore, to play. It’s not about what it looks like; it's about what it feels like. When one person embodies free self-expression, it naturally ripples outward— welcoming and inspiring others to do the same. This is the power of sharing this practice together. Awaken your care-free, spontaneous and wild feminine to transform judgement, anxiety, anger and fear.
Each gathering weaves together:
- A central theme
- Grounding meditation + intention setting
- Pranayama (breathwork), mudras (meditative hand postures), chanting (meditative singing)
- Gentle stretching and mobility movement
- Somatic (body-based) exercises
- Guided and intuitive movement/dance
- Music to support emotional expression
- Closing reflection circle
No dance or yoga experience needed—this space is for all bodies and all levels.
Purpose
This is a space for women to:
- Connect more deeply with themselves
- Explore movement as a form of self-expression and release
- Feel supported in a non-judgmental, welcoming environment
- Create community with other like-minded women
This is not a dating event. While all women are welcome, the intention is centered on personal growth, embodiment, and inner connection.
